Hello

Thank you for stopping by my website! With over 15 years as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, I am genuinely dedicated to supporting women throughout all stages of life. My holistic approach integrates both traditional and modern methods to ensure you receive exceptional care. Together, we will embark on your health and wellness journey, tackling complex issues and working towards achieving balance in your overall well-being.

My Story

I graduated in 2003 from Lipscomb University with a strong background in Biology and Chemistry, launching my career at Vanderbilt where I spent two years in colon cancer research. I later returned to Lipscomb to earn my BSN with honors.  After completing my MSN in 2009 at Vanderbilt University, I became board certified in Women’s Health. I worked five years at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic, and gained a certification in Obesity Medicine. For the past eight years, I have focused my practice on BHRT, menopause management, medical weight loss with a holistic approach to medicine in the Franklin area. I also help my patients navigate chronic and complex medical issues, such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, abnormal weight gain, cortisol dysfunction, and PCOS.

I am a wife, mother, sister, and daughter. Fount and I have been married for 20 years, have four wild children- Naomi, Cordi, Merri, and Henri. We enjoy time with our friends and family, traveling, and playing sports- golf, soccer, and t-ball. We are members at Brentwood Hills Church of Christ.

My passion is all things women's health- from pre-contraception through menopause and managing health issues throughout the life continuum. I see females 12 and older. Currently, I am seeing patients in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays, with opening Mondays for telemedicine visits very soon.
